What we do is arrange an offer and acceptance between the Refinery and the Buyer through the respective Mandates, for different product needs and specifications, for an agreed Price, whilst ensuring that the applicable Refinery-Set Procedure is well understood, accepted and carried out every step of the way.  In view of the cross cultures and varying time zones, we work ’25/8’ so to speak because we have to be around at three different time zones.  Thus, sleep is either a long nap or a series of short naps.

One has to have an efficient labelling and monitoring system because requirements and individual needs are complex and massively costly if done the wrong way… couple with jokers that we have to handle as “potentially real”.

The most rewarding is when the transaction is consumated, rolled and extended. We don’t just get the $$$ rewards but Friends and Respect across the parties.
